Grace Jung has a PhD in Cinema and Media Studies from UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and Television. She is a former Fulbright scholar.

Grace specializes in Korean television studies as well as gender and sexuality studies. Her dissertation is on South Korean variety television in which she analyzes masculinity, nationalism and queerness.
